Brendan Giurdanella is a Master Builder, who I have retained time and again for small to medium sized, internal and external renovations on two different residential properties since 2008. Brendan is unlikely to produce the cheapest quote for the job; but he won’t be the most expensive either, and you can be sure that you are paying for excellence and reliability (His costs include a certificate of currency for public liability insurance and domestic building insurance).
